I haven't had it long, but I already love this light. It is pretty small but it packs a bright light. My purpose for buying this was mostly because I sit in my bed and do different things while watching the tv. I'm starting to notice that my eyes aren't working as good these days. Just simply to file my nails, I've struggled to see what I was doing. I read the product specifications and all of the great reviews. Wasn't certain that it would clip onto my headboard very good. Well, it does perfectly. It's a nice snug fit and though my headboard is plenty thick, I think there's still room if it were wider. It holds in place great. The bottom of the stand/clip has these strips or treads. They grip quite well. 

I find that what I also love about this light is the portability of it. It's helped me see better with putting on my makeup or tweezing my eyebrows. And of course, it's perfect for the desk. I do nails and have found that it helps me much better than the light I've been using. It's perfect for working on something small because it can give you such a bright spotlight. I do wish I had a larger version of this light for being able to light up a larger area, but that's separate and I'll just need to look for that some other time. 
I haven't really timed it/figured out exactly how long the light lasts. 

 It's wonderful, because it's 
rechargeable, but using it at it's brightest only last so long. Long enough mostly.. I think? I haven't needed it for extended periods though I did leave it on without remembering to shut it off. Which is why I said long enough. After a few hours is when i noticed it went dimmer. And when I had just gotten it and was so fascinated by it, I carried it around with me, so I did have to keep recharging it (which is easy with the USB cord included). If I kept it on my headboard like I planned, I guess I could leave it plugged in all of the time.
